FlowTrak is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the FlowTrak mobile application and website.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email, display name, and authentication credentials managed by Firebase Auth.
• Financial data: debts, bills, budgets, and transactions you enter or sync through Plaid (with your consent).
• Usage data: app interactions and crash logs used solely to improve the product.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide the debt, budget, investment, and shared workspace features of FlowTrak. Financial data is stored locally on your device and, when using shared workspaces, in Firebase Firestore under your control.

Third-Party Services

We use Firebase for authentication and cloud sync, and Plaid to connect bank accounts. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your data at any time from the app settings. Workspace owners can remove members and delete shared data. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
